Delivery Time

For major cities in Pakistan, the estimated average delivery time (after the order is shipped) is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times may be longer in rural locations.

In order for our team to get in touch with you, we ask that you be reachable at the phone provided.

On-time delivery is contingent to the articles' availability and order confirmation.

Order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual during the sale period.

Note: We strongly advise having your orders delivered to your own address in order to prevent unsafe delivery. If the order is delivered to a self-pickup location, like a courier office, MAXX Apparel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to it.

Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch with us within 12 hours of placing your order, to cancel any pre-paid orders. We do not guarantee a confirmed cancellation, but if the order hasn’t already been processed, we'll be happy to assist you. Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for shipping.

Please note: We strive to deliver you the best quality, however, due to variations in screen settings, photography lighting, manufacturing & measuring processes, the actual color and dimensions of the product may differ slightly from what is displayed.

• Use cold or lukewarm water (30°C max) on a delicate cycle.
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents to preserve fabric quality.
• Machine or hand wash only unless otherwise specified.
• Separate light and dark colors to avoid color transfer.
• Some garments may release excess dye during the first washes.
• Color release in first wash is normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
• Air dry flat or hang in a shaded area to prevent fading.
• Skip the dryer to prevent shrinkage or fabric damage.
• Use a low to medium heat setting and iron on the reverse side.
• Gently squeeze out water without twisting to maintain fabric shape.
